Beautiful morning. Did a fast 30min run. Also started to do core workout (sit-ups, pullups, planks, legwork) afterwards.
For the runners, each week add something to your runs like adding a day (until a max of 6 day), add a mile to your long run or increase speed of tempo run by 10-15sec per mile. Just do not do too many additions (1or2) per week. Remember the suggested workouts you could follow also.
Another beautiful and sunny day. Enjoy and go run (or at least exercise if it is a rest day)

Saturday July 17 Running Log Entry
It was a hot one today so ran early. Just did 25min instead of miles. Still tired from Thurs night Sugarbowl Road race where I did 40:48min for 5 miles. That is about 8:10 min pace. That is too fast since I have been training at 9min mile or greater. It is also 2mles more than I have been training. Been doing 3miles.
Unlike me do not increase both speed and distance on at same time. Two days later and I am still paying for it.
