Monday July 19 Running Log

Beautiful morning. Did a fast 30min run. Also started to do core workout (sit-ups, pullups, planks, legwork) afterwards.

For the runners, each week add something to your runs like adding a day (until a max of 6 day), add a mile to your long run or increase speed of tempo run by 10-15sec per mile. Just do not do too many additions (1or2) per week. Remember the suggested workouts you could follow also.

Another beautiful and sunny day. Enjoy and go run (or at least exercise if it is a rest day)
